- Har violation regularise nahi hota,
- Future demolition risk bharosa tod sakta hai,
- Bank loan aur resale value compromised ho sakte hain.
Regularisation ka promise politically tempting hota hai, lekin courts kabhi-kabhi harsh stance lete hain, specially dangerous structures pe.
Safe route: purchase se pehle approved plans, completion certificate, aur local laws check karna. “Sab log aise hi kar rahe hain” legal defence nahi hai.
